Dr. Eric W. Davis is a physicist who has published on theoretical advanced propulsion topics and served as a scientific consultant to the AAWSAP/BAASS contract under Hal Puthoff's direction[1]. Davis prepared a number of the Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs) released piecemeal between 2018 and 2024[2].
