Harold E. (Hal) Puthoff is a physicist with a Ph.D. from Stanford University whose career includes work at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) on the U.S. government's remote-viewing program in the 1970s and 1980s[1]. He founded EarthTech International, a Texas-based research company, and was the lead scientific consultant to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) on its DIA-funded Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) work in the late 2000s and early 2010s[2].
