Dr. James T. Lacatski is a former Defense Intelligence Agency program manager who directed the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), the DIA contracting vehicle that funded Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) UAP-related work from 2008 to 2012[1]. With Colm Kelleher and George Knapp he co-authored Skinwalkers at the Pentagon, a 2021 book describing the AAWSAP/BAASS program[2].
