Jim Semivan retired from the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency in 2007 after a 25-year career as a senior intelligence officer in the agency's National Clandestine Service (now the Directorate of Operations)[1]. In 2017 he co-founded To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science with Tom DeLonge, Luis Elizondo, and Hal Puthoff[2].
