Kirsten Gillibrand has represented New York in the U.S. Senate since 2009[1] and chairs the Armed Services Subcommittee on Personnel[2]. With Sen. Marco Rubio, she co-authored Section 1683 of the FY2022 National Defense Authorization Act, the statute that created the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office[3].
Gillibrand has consistently pushed for stronger congressional oversight of UAP programs and was a lead negotiator on the FY2024 UAP Disclosure Act amendments to the NDAA[4].
